Learn How to Plant A Meadow
Visit the Story Hill Farm 4-Acre meadow and pick flowers. All you need to do is stop in to the Story Hill Farm Store locate at 34545 Winding RD Frankford DE 19945 to buy your ticket and pick up a container with a map to the meadow! We offer group rates, just give us a call at 302-725-8200 to check field conditions. We ask that everyone be respectful as this is a habitat for pollinators first and for our enjoyment second! We also offer a DIY Build Your Own Bouquet Bar in the Story Hill Farm Store!
Amazing Flower Field Adventure! Go Behind the Scenes and Explore the Meadow with Us! $40
Each adventure is one of a kind! Slip into long pants and your farm shoes and step out into this spectacular field of flowers in bloom! Learn all about wildflower meadows and the beautiful butterflies and other pollinators that call this sanctuary home! Together we'll wander through the meadow picking armfuls of the best blooms in your favorite colors to take home. Beverages included. Keyhole Garden: Edible Flowers & Herbs
Story Hill Farm Private Garden Tour $25 This is your chance to come out to see our private gardens of blackberries, blueberries, apples, asparagus and cut flowers. Many folks are curious about our farmhouse that looks like something out of a movie set! The edible garden is a fun way to get hands on with many herbs and edible flowers as we enjoy all the scents and flavors of the garden trying new herbs and eating a flower for the fist time if you haven't done that before!
New this year will we be offering a series of garden inspired tea parties & brunch tastings featuring everything we grow. Seasonal platings for small groups from 4 to 8 people. These will all be unique one of kind Nature Inspired Celebrations that feature our signature Story Hill Rustic & Elegant style meaning it will be part farm, part art and like nothing you've ever experienced. Expect a few very special guests from our community to join us for these!

Botanical Sun Printing Workshop
Botanical Sun Printing Workshop
Tour Story Hill Farm Gardens and Wild Flower meadow to collect botanical specimens and then head into the studio to create various compositions for your Botanical Sun Prints! Cyanotype is an easy to learn, instantly gratifying printing process! Take home at least 4 finished prints on beautiful fabric that can be further stitched into pillows, or used to adorn other projects from quilts to apparel. Minimum group size of 4 to run a class. Classes are available Monday, Tuesday, Saturday or Sunday at 11am by appointment. $45 includes 4 prints, beverages & snacks. Contact Helen 302-725-8200 to book your group
